Each year Massey University brings an internationally significant photographic historian, theorist, or artist to Wellington to deliver the Peter Turner Memorial Lecture.

This year we welcome Dr Yasufumi Nakamori, curator of photography at London’s Tate Modern. This event is presented at Te Papa in partnership with Massey University – Whiti o Rehua and The Govett Brewster Art Gallery.

Join us after the lecture for refreshments and a chance to view our current exhibition The New Photography – Life in the 60s and 70s, curated by Athol McCredie.
